The story is set in Oregon in 1850 where Adam and his 6 brothers live in a cabin outside of town. Adam is the eldest of the brothers and decides it is time he got himself a wife and goes into town in search of the lucky lady! He swiftly manages to convince Milly to come back to his cabin with him and be his wife. Little does Milly know that there are 6 brothers back at home!
Milly is having none of their uncouth behaviour and insists that they all find wives too. These boisterous lads have no idea how to woo a woman and so decide that the easiest thing to do would be to kidnap them!
